During my recent stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my room. Considering Japan's typical real estate, it felt much larger than any hotel I've experienced here. the building itself is impressive, outshining many of the other hotels I've visited in Japan. I also appreciated the provided database, which made accessing local attractions and amenities a breeze.
The sound insulation. The floors and walls seemed a bit thin, allowing noise from the adjacent building to filter through occasionally.

fairly clean hotel with an interesting design and nice views, it has an absolutely perfect location so close to restaurants and supermarkets at nishinakajimaminamikata station, and train. venue's breakfast was good, included sausages and bacon.
The staff was not so helpful.

The location is really good! You're literally right across from the train station, which makes it super easy to get around. The staff was friendly and helpful, too. Plus, the room had enough space for my things, and I appreciated the mini fridge and electric kettle for late-night snacks and drinks.
The whole experience definitely had its downsides. The room was outdated and way too cold; I couldn’t get comfortable even after fiddling with the temp control. The bathroom was cramped, and I don't understand their soap situation—shower gel for handwashing? Really? ! Breakfast was a letdown, too; you had to reserve it a day in advance, which nobody told us. not the best stay.

* Excellent location - Only 5 minutes walk to shin-osaka Station. Shin- Osaka Station is the main station in Osaka. It consists of the shinkasen (Bullet Train) Station, jr (Japan Railway) Station, subway station. You can go anywhere in Japan from this station.
*The room is very small, in fact it is too small. No space for luggage. I even had to move my luggage everytime I open the Bathroom door. *I paid usd$ 85 for this small room. It is a typical Japanese Business Hotel - not for family.

We like the location, it's just right outside the Shin-Osaka station, and in front of the metro station. You can easily reach Kyoto and Nara.
The staff barley speaks English. The room is very small, and without windows, but I guess this is the standard in Japan. Restaurant BelleVue is very expensive. We needed to make the laundry, but the staff was on holiday -for 3 days-, luckily there's a coin-laundry nearby.

Location is right outside the station. Good Internet connection, kettle and tea in the room, friendly staff (speaks little English though).
The room furtinure needs some renovation, but that's not critical. There is very little space in the room, but I guess it's a problem with all Japanese hotels.

Near the train station, very convenient to travel with young kids.
No wifi. Internet access has to be via wire. It will be good if there is a wifi access.

The room was clean and quite quiet. The room was utilitarian and really just a place to sleep.

easy access to shin-osaka station and nearby attractions
Staying just a short walk from shin-osaka station made my weekend so much easier, giving me quick access to both kyoto and nara along with a variety of great restaurants nearby. Despite the bustling area, my room offered a cozy retreat and I appreciated the friendly staff who were always helpful whenever I had questions about navigating the city.
